Aluminium demands accuracy — in alloy chemistry, temperature management, tooling, and execution. Every stage of our process is structured to deliver consistent performance in form, strength, and finish across every production run.

We laid our foundation in 1997 with the commissioning of our first plant, Sunland Recycling, producing 500 MT/month of Aluminium Alloy Ingots. Driven by a demand for uncompromising quality, we consistently reinvested in our capabilities—launching our second plant, Sunland Alloys, in 2004 (adding 1,000 MT/month capacity), followed by our third plant, Krishang Alloy, in 2013 (adding another 600 MT/month).

Between 2007 and 2018, this disciplined expansion transformed us into one of Western India’s largest Aluminium Alloy Groups, commanding a formidable 3,000 MT/month capacity. By 2019, our metallurgical precision allowed us to begin exporting to the strict global markets of China and Japan. Finally, in 2022, we channeled decades of industry mastery into the launch of Konarka Metals. Today, our advanced manufacturing infrastructure operates with exacting precision, delivering a dedicated monthly capacity of 1,500 MT of High-Grade Billets, 540 MT of customised Aluminium Profiles, and 300 MT of Precision-Alloyed Ingots.
